What is our summer bootcamp series?
Our “Summer Bootcamp” sessions are designed to help you implement positive health and fitness changes into your life through results-oriented fitness training.
We have taken our experience with functional fitness and removed the complex movements to create the perfect program for a new athlete or for those who have been out of fitness for a while before getting into our more advanced training programs.
A mix of functional strength training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), proven nutrition systems, and coach accountability will be the core focuses of the bootcamp. We focus on proper movement, nutrition, and recovery strategies that have been proven time and again to get our members some amazing results by creating small, positive changes that will get you lasting results (no quick fixes here!)
A mix of indoor and outdoor sessions will get you the most our of your time and efforts. Plus, we want to take full advantage of the awesome weather while we can!

Our Next Session Starts May 13th 2019!
The sessions will run until August 30th at 5:15am, with the option to come to regular group classes throughout the week!
To get started is just $30 to reserve your spot and $115/mo for the remainder of the summer! (that’s a savings of $200)
We’re expecting spots to go quick, and we’re limiting this to only 15 participants to make sure everyone gets what they need out of the training.
