Each session is specifically designed to meet your individual needs.
At a certain point, most of our members find they’re not getting everything they need out of just doing the group classes and have more specific goals they want to accomplish. Custom programming is available to help put you on the right path. Personally designed programs are the best way to get the most out of your time in the gym.
Small group sessions are also a great time to work a little more specifically on techniques or mobility. If you’ve been struggling with a particular movement or need help with something specific, this is a great time to pop in or stick around for a session.
Small Group PT is included with our Black and Gold memberships as well as available separately for those members who want to stick with the small group setting and possibly have a home gym, separate gym membership, or gym at work.
