Powerlifting Club

The TNT Powerlifting Club is the best way to build and test your absolute strength.

The Bending The Bar Powerlifting Club meets every Saturday at 6am. We focus on the main 3 lifts, back squat, bench press, and deadlift, plus accessories.

These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to gain real strength, improve muscle tone, and, most importantly, lift heavy things.  If your goal is to become the best version of yourself, to grow stronger, and achieve your highest level of strength then this is the class for you. We have a dedicated area in our facility with all the training equipment necessary to hone your skills and become the strongest version of yourself!

Powerlifting requires developing functional strength through learning to use maximum tension throughout the body on every movement, generating greater force than just focusing on a single muscle or muscle group as typically seen in bodybuilding. We encourage everyone to give this a try.
