Group Fitness

In our Group classes, we combine elements of strength training, mobility, functional training, developing explosive power, and metabolic training all in one program to help you achieve the highest level of fitness and get you results. This program is uniquely designed to develop strength & endurance, improve flexibility & balance, and increase coordination.

You will learn how to apply these principles in our group classes, making the experience tons of fun. Our classes are about keeping positive attitude with a strong sense of community. Whether you’re a competitive person or not, being involved in a setting where others around you constantly working on improving themselves will instinctively push you to be your best. Training in a group setting also keeps you accountable so you stay on track for your goals. If you miss a session or two it’s likely it won’t go unnoticed. You’ll likely hear from your “workout buddies” asking you where you’ve been. If you have trouble with motivation or seeing things through, this is where you belong.
